About the Speakers 

Paul V. Ciminelli, Esq.

Paul V. Ciminelli, Esq., has almost four decades of successful and wide-ranging legal, business and government experience. During his professional career, he has been responsible for the start-up of successful businesses in the Western New York region including manufacturing, family entertainment, real estate development and consulting. Mr. Ciminelli is an accomplished attorney with extensive litigation and business law experience. Paul began his legal career as a prosecutor in the Monroe County District Attorney's Office quickly, rising to the Major Felony Bureau. In recent years Paul's practice has involved numerous 2nd Amendment and Pistol Permit cases. He has been a regular practitioner in Courts throughout the State protecting individuals' rights to keep and bear arms. Mr. Ciminelli received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rochester, a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College and a Juris Doctor Degree from Rutgers University. He is serving on the faculty of at Monroe Community College lecturing on Terrorism and Homeland Security issues.

Kevin D. Kinney, CTFA 

has over 30 years of banking experience, beginning in 1986 in the Retail Banking field. He entered the Trust and Investment field in 1989 as a portfolio assistant. Kevin's experience covers all aspects of trust and estate administration, estate planning, and management of investment accounts. Kevin has a BA Economics, St. John Fisher College 1986, New York State Bankers Association certification in: Trust Administration, Estate Administration, and Trust Investments and is ABA, Institute of Certified Bankers a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) Kevin is an active participant as a Member of the Estate Planning Council of Rochester, Member, Board of Trustees of Genesee Country Village and Museum, Past Secretary, Board of Directors of Cancer Action Inc., Past Member, Board of Trustees of the Landmark Society of Western N.Y.
